Scope of work :
1- Completely full detailed design for the following systems:
Electrical Systems
- Lighting system with ( Dialux Calculations) for core and back of house areas.
- Power distribution system for core and back of house areas.
- Telecommunication and Security system
- Full coverage fire detection, alarm system and voice evacuation systems.
2- Part Time Supervision with the following duties:
- Technical supervision for above mentioned electrical systems
- Prepare Electrical Bill of quantities.
- Submittal Studies and check quantities
- Project Hand over.
Mechanical Systems
- Drain system
- Water system
- HVAC system
- Firefighting system
- Mechanical calculations
- Billing system
